TC: Supporting ESC System

CYA KRIK is accredited as Lead organization for ESC and we have currently a new ESC project which is going to start this summer. CYA KRIK is also accredited for KA1. In 2025, CYA KRIK will organize 2 Training courses in order to support the ESC system and strengthen the collaboration with ESC organizations within Europe.

Activity 1 ESC Partnership Building Activity 

CYA KRIK want to expand the partners and collaborators within the ESC and Erasmus program and that is why we are organizing ESC Partnership Building Activity. 

Target group: Representatives from accredited European Solidarity Corps (ESC) organizations to join our 5-day Partnership Building activity in North Macedonia. Venue will be confirmed in February 2025. 

This event, scheduled for the end of May and the beginning of June 2025, aims to strengthen connections and collaborations among experienced ESC organizations. Dates to be confirmed in February 2025. 

Project Aims:

Connecting experienced organizations within the ESC program to share insights and best practices.

Building new partnerships to expand the program's reach and introduce fresh perspectives.

Enhancing organizational skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality ESC activities for volunteers.

Reinforcing collaboration among participating organizations to foster a supportive and cohesive community

Promoting social inclusion and equal opportunities for young people with fewer opportunities to participate in the program.

Networking: Connect with organizations that have a proven track record in the ESC program.

Partnerships: Establish new relationships within the ESC community.

Skill Enhancement: Strengthen organizational skills to ensure high-quality ESC activities for volunteers.

Collaboration: Foster strong ties and enhance cooperation between participating organizations.

Inclusion: Promote social inclusion and equal opportunities for young people with fewer opportunities.

Each organization can send up to 3 participants to this activity, providing a comprehensive networking opportunity.

Activity 2 ESC Study Visit 

5-day Study Visit in Skopje, North Macedonia, scheduled for the end of May and beginning of June 2025 (exact dates will be confirmed in February 2025)

CYA KRIK is accredited as a Lead Organization for ESC and has extensive experience in implementing ESC and Erasmus+ projects. As part of our commitment to strengthening the capacities of coordinators and mentors, we are organizing a Study Visit to support the ESC program.

Target group: Mentors and Coordinators of ESC projects coming from ESC accreditated organizations 

Project Aims:

• Strengthen the skills and capacities of coordinators and mentors to support ESC volunteers.

• Improve the overall quality of ESC project implementation.

• Provide networking opportunities to foster connections and collaboration among accredited ESC organizations.

• Promote social inclusion by equipping participants to better support young people with fewer opportunities.

Each organization can send up to 3 participants to this Study Visit, ensuring a rich environment for exchange and learning.
